Nordic ID Limited Software License Agreement

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software and associated
documentation files (the "Software"), you agree to the following terms.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Nordic ID Oyj ("Licensor") grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the Software
and to incorporate it into your own products and services.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
  (a) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
  (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the Software;
  (c) sublicense, rent, lease, loan, sell, or redistribute the Software
      as a standalone product;
  (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the
      Software.

3. OWNERSHIP

Licensor retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual
property rights, in and to the Software. No rights are granted other than
those expressly set out in this agreement.

4. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if
you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you
must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict
of law provisions.
